I understand that submission of an application does not guarantee approval and that Alchemical Herb Artistry by Artistic Muse® may approve, decline, limit, suspend, or terminate business purchasing privileges in accordance with its business policies.

I understand that any Wholesale, Professional/Backbar, or other business purchasing access granted is intended solely for the approved business and authorized business purpose. I agree not to transfer account access or business pricing to unauthorized persons or businesses.

Where applicable, I am responsible for providing and maintaining valid resale, tax-exemption, business, or professional documentation and for complying with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

Products purchased for resale or professional use may not be altered, diluted, rebottled, repackaged, relabeled, or materially modified for resale without prior written authorization from Alchemical Herb Artistry. I agree not to make unauthorized medical, therapeutic, drug, disease-treatment, or other claims regarding Alchemical Herb Artistry products or otherwise misrepresent the products or brand.

I understand that resale may be limited to authorized sales channels and that unauthorized third-party marketplace resale may result in restriction or termination of account privileges.

If approved, my account and purchases will also be subject to the then-current Wholesale + Professional Policies, applicable catalog and ordering terms, and other applicable Alchemical Herb Artistry website policies. Program availability, product assortment, pricing, and commercial terms may change from time to time.
