Return & Refund Policy

At Alchemical Herb Artistry by Artistic Muse®, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or unwanted items.
Returns
For the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is an issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Alchemical Herb Artistry.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for the same item when a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipment.
We do not offer exchanges for products purchased in error, fragrance preferences, or changes of mind.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Because every individual's skin is unique, we encourage customers to review the full ingredient list before purchasing and to perform a patch test prior to full use.
Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions do not automatically qualify a product for a refund or exchange.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout may be reshipped once additional shipping charges have been paid.
