Subscription & Recurring Purchases
Alchemical Herb Artistry by Artistic Muse® may offer subscription or recurring purchase options for select products.
Participation in any subscription program is entirely optional.
Managing Your Subscription
If you enroll in a recurring purchase or subscription, you may:
- Skip a scheduled order
- Pause your subscription
- Update your shipping information
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date
Changes must be made prior to your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
Cancellation
Subscription cancellations become effective immediately after they are processed.
Any order that has already entered processing or has shipped cannot be canceled and will be fulfilled according to our Shipping and Return Policies.
One-Time Purchases
Orders placed as one-time purchases are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.
If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has begun.
Made-to-Order Products
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or been shipped. After that time, we begin preparing your order, and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
