Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Alchemical Herb Artistry by Artistic Muse®. Every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packed by hand to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully.

We are committed to providing quality products and reliable shipping while maintaining the craftsmanship of our small-batch formulations.

Processing Time

In-Stock Products

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order Products

Some specialty products are handcrafted after your order is placed. These items typically require 7–10 business days to prepare, depending on ingredient availability.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your order may ship together once all products are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via:

  • USPS
  • UPS Ground

PO Box addresses must be shipped using USPS.

Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

  • Free U.S. Shipping on qualifying orders of $35 or more
  • Flat-rate shipping on eligible orders under the free shipping threshold
  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout when applicable

Shipping Destinations

At this time we ship within the United States only.

We also ship to:

  • APO/FPO military addresses served through the United States Postal Service.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Warm Weather Shipping

Many of our products are crafted with botanical oils, plant butters, and naturally derived ingredients.

During periods of extreme heat or cold, products may soften, firm, or experience temporary texture changes while in transit. These cosmetic changes do not affect product safety or performance.

If your package arrives warm, simply allow products to return to room temperature before opening or using.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping information before completing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Alchemical Herb Artistry is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address information submitted during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier and filing a claim when appropriate.

Packages marked as Delivered by USPS or UPS are considered successfully delivered.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review each situation promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Signature Confirmation

To help protect high-value purchases, orders exceeding a designated value may require a signature upon delivery.

Customers will be notified if signature confirmation has been added to their shipment.

Holiday & Peak Shipping Periods

During holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing and carrier transit times may be extended.

We appreciate your patience and recommend placing holiday orders early whenever possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Because orders move into production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Whenever possible, we use recyclable and responsibly sourced packaging materials as part of our commitment to reducing waste while ensuring your products arrive safely.
